Pedagogu aizsardzība un tiesības uz drošu darba vidi

Abstract

Pēdējos gados arvien vairāk tiek aktualizēts jautājums par vardarbību pret pedagogiem un pedagogu tiesībām uz drošu darba vidi. Šī problēma ir aktuāla daudzās valstīs, ne tikai Latvijā. Maģistra darbā autore pēta aktuālās pedagogu darba drošības problēmas. Autore analizē darba drošības tiesisko regulējumu gan Latvijā, gan citās Eiropas valstīs. Maģistra darbā tiek aplūkoti iespējamie pedagogu apdraudējuma veidi darbā, pedagogu darba normatīvais regulējums, darba devēja pienākumi un tiesības, kā arī audzēkņu un viņu likumisko pārstāvju atbildība un pienākumi. Maģistra darba ietvaros, tiek veikta pedagogu aptauja, lai noskaidrotu pedagogu viedokli, par viņu drošību darba vidē un iespējamajiem apdraudējumiem. Analizējot aptaujas datus, kā arī pētot Latvijas un citu valstu pieredzi, tiek veidoti ieteikumi, kas palīdzētu mazināt un novērst vardarbību pret pedagogiem.

Violence against the teachers and their right to a safe working environment have been increasingly being raised in recent years. This problem is present in many countries, not just in Latvia. In this master's work, the author explores the current safety problems of teachers' work. The author analyses the legal framework for safety at work both in Latvia and in other European countries. The Master's thesis looks at possible types of teacher hazard at work. The regulation of the teacher's work, the duties and rights of the employer, as well as the responsibilities and duties of students and their legal representatives are addressed. Within the framework of the Master's thesis, a survey of teachers is carried out in order to ascertain the opinion of teachers, their safety in the work environment and possible hazards. When analysing survey data, as well as studying the experience of Latvia and other countries, recommendations are developed to help reduce and prevent violence against teachers.
