Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba "Budžeta digitālās pārvaldīšanas sistēma" mērķis ir palīdzēt lietotājiem saprast un efektīvi organizēt savu budžetu, piedāvājot optimālu izdevumu sadalījumu. Apmeklējot vietni, lietotājs saņem iepazīšanās informāciju un iespēju uzzināt par budžeta plānošanas principiem, kas balstīti uz optimālu izdevumu sadalījumu. Pēc reģistrācijas lietotājs iegūst piekļuvi budžeta plānošanas funkcijām. Lietotājs var izvēlēties sev atbilstošās kategorijas, norādīt plānošanas mēnesi un ienākumu apmēru, pēc kā sistēma automātiski aprēķina un parāda ideālo budžeta sadalījumu, balstoties uz noteiktiem procentuālajiem rādītājiem. Rezultāti tiek attēloti "aploksnēs", kas sniedz skaidru pārskatu par ieteicamo izdevumu sadalījumu katrā kategorijā. Sistēma palīdz lietotājiem analizēt viņu finanšu situāciju, izprast savus izdevumus un motivē pielāgot dzīvesveidu, lai sasniegtu finansiālo līdzsvaru un ilgtermiņa mērķus, balstoties uz reāliem datiem un ieteikumiem. Tīmekļī bāzētas sistēmas izstrādē tiek izmantots Ruby on Rails ietvars, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, datubāzes pārvaldības sistēma SQLite, responsīvs dizaina rīks TailwindCSS, kā arī testēšanas rīks RSpec un izvietošanas rīks GitLab.

The goal of the qualification paper "Budget digital management system" is to help users understand and effectively organize their budget by offering an optimal expense allocation. By visiting the website, the user receives introductory information and the opportunity to learn about budget planning principles based on optimal expense distribution. After registration, the user gains access to budgeting features. The user can select relevant categories, specify the planning month, and income amount, after which the system automatically calculates and displays the ideal budget distribution based on certain percentage values. The results are shown in "envelopes," providing a clear overview of the recommended expense distribution for each category. The system helps users analyze their financial situation, understand their expenses, and motivates them to adjust their lifestyle to achieve financial balance and long-term goals, based on real data and recommendations. The web-based system is developed using the Ruby on Rails framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQLite database management system, responsive design tool TailwindCSS, as well as the testing tool RSpec and deployment tool GitLab.
