Priekšlikumi Bulduru tehnikuma teritorijas attīstībai

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izvērtēt teritorijas attīstības potenciālu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus Bulduru tehnikuma kompleksa attīstībai, izmantojot iespējamā tematiskā plānojuma projekta risinājumus. Bulduru tehnikums ir vecākā mācību iestāde ar profesionālās izglītības novirzienu dārzkopībā. Pēdējos gados skola ir piedzīvojusi strauju, bet tajā pašā laikā fragmentētu attīstību bez vienota teritorijas attīstības plānojuma. Veicot pētāmās teritorijas telpiskās struktūras un attīstības resursu analīzi, kā arī iesaistīto pušu intervēšanu un teritorijas lietotāju aptauju, tiek apzināta arī skolas teritorijas vieta gan pilsētas, gan apkaimes mērogā. Pamatojoties uz iegūtajiem datiem, tiek apzināti primāri risināmie jautājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi Bulduru tehnikuma teritorijas attīstībai iespējamā tematiskā plānojuma projekta veidā.

The aim of the master's thesis is to assess the development potential of the territory and develop proposals for the development of the Bulduri Technical School complex, using the solutions of a possible thematic planning project. Bulduri Technical School is the oldest educational institution with a vocational education focus in horticulture. In recent years, the school has experienced rapid, but at the same time fragmented development without a unified territorial development plan. By conducting an analysis of the spatial structure and development resources of the studied territory, as well as interviewing the parties involved and surveying the users of the territory, the location of the school territory is also identified both on a city and neighborhood scale. Based on the data obtained, the primary issues to be solved are identified and a proposal for the development of the Bulduri Technical School territory in the form of a thematic planning project is developed.
