Klientu pasūtījumu pieņemšanas datu ievades automatizācija SIA "Baltacon"

Abstract

Tirdzniecības nozarē datu plūsma saistīta ar pasūtījumu pieņemšanu ir aktuāla jau kopš komercdarbības pirmsākumiem vairākus gadsimtus atpakaļ. Mūsdienās vairumtirdzniecība saskarās ar apjoma problēmām un digitālo programmu monotonām vidēm. Pasūtījumu datu ievades atbildības pārsvarā nav saistītas ar zemu darbinieku apriti un ergonomisku darbu, tāpēc, jau ilgi nozare gaida tehnoloģijas attīstību, lai šo manuālo, monotono darbu aizstātu ar automatizētu risinājumu. Bakalaura darbā " Klientu pasūtījumu pieņemšanas datu ievades automatizācija SIA "Baltacon"" tiek pētīti industrijā pieejami rīki datu automatizācijai vairāku patstāvīgu klientu mainīgu pasūtījumu lapu izkārtojumiem, caur mākslīgā intelekta modeļiem datu nolasīšanai un izvilkšanai, un robotisku procesu automatizācijai datu ievadei. Darbā tiek analizēta pieejamā literatūra saistīta ar datu automatizāciju optimizācijai un mākslīgā intelekta modeļu praktiskas darbības ieteikumiem. Darba praktiskajā daļā tiek izstrādāta nepieciešamā procesa automatizācijas blokshēma, izmantojot UiPath platformu infrastruktūras izveidei un arī tiek apskatīta platformas integrācijas elastība ar citām programmām caur Python programmēšanu. Darbā ir aprakstīti precizitātes rezultāti mākslīgā intelekta modeļa pielietojumam un secinājumi par automatizāciju uzņēmumu procesos gan ar mākslīgo intelektu, gan bez.

In the trade sector, data flow related to order acceptance has been relevant since the beginning of commercial activity centuries ago. Nowadays, wholesale is faced with volume problems and monotonous environments of digital programs. Order data entry responsibilities are mostly not associated with low employee turnover and ergonomic work, therefore, the industry has long been waiting for the development of technology to replace this manual work with an automated solution for the monotonous environmen with a smooth data entry process, with minimal deviations. The bachelor's thesis " Automation of customer order acceptance data entry at SIA "Baltacon"" studies the tools available in the industry for data automation of multiple independent customer, changing layout, order pages, through artificial intelligence models for reading and extracting data, and robotic process automation for data entry. The thesis analyzes the available literature related to data automation for optimization and recommendations for practical operation of artificial intelligence models. In the practical part of the work, the necessary process automation flowchart is developed using the UiPath platform for infrastructure creation and the flexibility of the platform's integration with other programs through Python programming is also discussed. The paper describes accuracy results for the application of an artificial intelligence model and conclusions about automation in business processes, both with and without the use of artificial intelligence.
