Efektīvas materiālu uzglabāšanas optimizācijas iespējas lielos iepirkumos industriālajā uzņēmumā SIA “ELMI"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba ar inženierprojektu tēma ir “Efektīvas materiālu uzglabāšanas optimizācijas iespējas lielos iepirkumos industriālajā uzņēmumā SIA “ELMI”” . Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt materiālu uzglabāšanas problēmas, kas saistītas ar liela apjoma iepirkumiem uzņēmumā SIA ELMI, un izstrādāt efektīvas optimizācijas iespējas, ieviešot uzskaites sistēmu. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi tika izvirzīti uzdevumi: 1.Izpētīt literatūru par materiālu pārvaldību, noliktavu uzskaites sistēmām un operāciju vadību industriālajos uzņēmumos; 2.Analizēt SIA “ELMI” pašreizējo materiālu uzglabāšanas un uzskaites sistēmu; 3.Identificēt esošās problēmas un to cēloņus materiālu uzglabāšanā un uzskaitē; 4.Izstrādāt uzskaites sistēmas risinājumu, kas atbilst uzņēmuma vajadzībām; 5.Piedāvāt optimizācijas priekšlikumus materiālu uzglabāšanas procesiem, balstoties uz iegūtajiem datiem un analīzi. Darba apjoms: 79 lapaspuses. Darbā iekļauti: 2 tabulas un 26 attēli.

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis with an engineering project is “Optimization opportunities for effective material storage in large-scale purchases at the industrial company LLC “ELMI””. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the material storage problems related to large-volume procurements in the company LLC ELMI and to develop effective optimisation possibilities by implementing a tracking system. To achieve the aim of the thesis, the following tasks were set: 1.To research literature on material management, warehouse tracking systems, and operations management in industrial companies; 2.To analyse the current material storage and tracking system of LLC ELMI; 3.To identify existing problems and their causes in material storage and tracking; 4.To develop a tracking system solution suitable for the company's needs; 5.To propose optimisation suggestions for material storage processes based on the obtained data and analysis. Thesis length: 79 pages. Included in the thesis: 2 tables and 26 figures.
