Informācijas sistēmu pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA “Rezerve”

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā pētīta uzņēmuma informācijas sistēmu optimizācijas iespējas un to ietekme uz darbības efektivitāti, pilnveidojot jau esošās informācijas sistēmas vai piedāvājot pavisam jaunus rīkus un procesus. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs daļām, kur tiek analizēts pieejamo interneta avotu un literatūras saturs par dažādām informācijas sistēmām, to piedāvātajām iespējām kā arī trūkumiem, izaicinājumiem ieviešanas un lietošanas procesā. Otrajā daļā aprakstīts analizējamais uzņēmums, to darbības procesi un piedāvātie pakalpojumi. Detalizētāk aprakstītas un analizētas jau esošās informācijas sistēmas. Trešajā daļā, atsaucoties uz pirmajā daļā veikto informācijas avotu analīzi, meklēti jauni un alternatīvi rīki ar galveno mērķi uzlabot esošos procesus. Noslēgumā seko jauno rīku un identificēto procesu uzlabojumu efektivitātes novērtējums kā šie uzlabojumi ietekmē kopējo uzņēmuma darbības efektivitāti un izvirzīti ieteikumi turpmākai pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba rezultātā salīdzinātas jau esošās informācijas sistēmas ar jaunajām vai pilnveidotajām, un secināts vai šo procesu ieviešana palielinās uzņēmuma darbības efektivitāti, konkurētspēju tirgū uzņēmumam SIA “Rezerve”.

The bachelor thesis examines the possibilities of optimisation of company information systems and their impact on operational efficiency by improving existing information systems or offering completely new tools and processes. The bachelor thesis consists of three parts, where the content of available internet sources and literature on different information systems, the possibilities they offer as well as the drawbacks and challenges in the process of implementation and use is analysed. The second part describes the analysed company, their business processes and services offered. The existing information systems are described and analysed in more detail. In the third part, new and alternative tools are searched for, based on the analysis of the information sources in the first part, with the main objective of improving the existing processes. Finally, an evaluation of the effectiveness of the new tools and the process improvements identified is presented, showing how these improvements affect the overall efficiency of the company's operations and recommendations are made for further improvements. As a result of the bachelor thesis the existing information systems are compared with the new or improved ones and it is concluded whether the implementation of these processes will increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the company SIA “Rezerve”.
