Noziedzīga nodarījuma subjekts ir viena no noziedzīga nodarījuma sastāva pazīmēm, kurš sabiedrībā izraisa plašas diskusijas gan attiecībā uz kriminālatbildības vecumu, gan attiecībā uz fiziskas personas kriminālatbildības īpatnībām, kā arī attiecībā uz pieskaitāmību. Darba galvenais mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt noziedzīga nodarījuma subjekta teoriju, piemērošanas problemātiku un praksi Latvijā. Lai izpētītu teoriju ir nepieciešams apskatīt noziedzīga nodarījuma subjekta vēsturi, attīstību, kā arī teorētiskos pamatus. Noziedzīga nodarījuma subjekta jēdziena analīze ir nepieciešama ne tikai, lai atklātu teorijas saturu, bet apskatīt arī nepilnības tās piemērošanā. Pētījuma rezultātā tiek analizēti aktuālākie problēmjautājumi, kas saistīti ar noziedzīga nodarījuma subjekta jēdziena interpretēšanu.

The subject of a criminal offence is one of the indications of the composition of a criminal offence, which leads to a broad debate in the society both in terms of the age of a criminal responsibility and mental incapacity and features of the criminal liability. The purpose of the study is to research and analyse the theory of the subject of a criminal offence, problems of the application and issues relating to Latvian law. In order to explore the theory, it is essential to look at the criminal history of the subject, development as well as theoretical foundations. The analysis of the concept of the subject of a criminal offense is necessary not only in order to reveal the content of the theory, but also to look at the shortcomings of its application. As a result of the study, analysis is given on the current issues concerning the interpretation of the concept of the subject of a criminal offence.
