| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba mērķis ir bijis rast risinājumu aktuālajiem problēmjautājumiem Latvijas Republikas fiziskās personas maksātnespējas procesa institūtā. Papildus tam autors ir konstatējis, ka Maksātnespējas likums būtu papildināms ar vēl vienu institūtu fiziskās personas maksātspējas atjaunošanai, kas ļautu procesuāli efektīvā ceļā parādniekam atjaunot maksātspēju.
Rezultātā autors ir izvirzījis aizstāvēšanai 16 tēzes, no kurām viena ir saistīta ar autora izstrādāto fiziskās personas ārpustiesas saistību dzēšanas procesu, savukārt pārējās sastāv no risinājumiem aktuālajiem problēmjautājumiem.

| dc.description.abstract | The Master's thesis has been aimed at finding a solution to the current issues identified in the individual bankruptcy law of the Republic of Latvia. In addition, the author found that the Insolvency Act of Republic of Latvia should be supplemented with a new institute to restore the solvency of an individual, which would allow in effective way procedurally enable individual to renew ability to pay.
As a result, the author has developed 16 abstracts, one of which is related to the author's introduced Out of Court Procedure of Release of Obligations of Individual, with the remainder consisting of the solutions on resolving the current issues.
