Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstības perspektīvas Latvijas reģionos: investīciju iespējas un riski
Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstības perspektīvas Latvijas reģionos: investīciju iespējas un riski”. Darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo tā ļauj novērtēt, kā attīstās iedzīvotāju dzīves līmenis un investīciju vide ārpus Rīgas. Mūsdienās arvien vairāk tiek novērotas būtiskas izmaiņas reģionālajā attīstībā, iedzīvotāju migrācijā, kas tiešā veidā ietekmē gan kopējo valsts ekonomiku, gan arī pieprasījumu pēc dažādiem īpašumiem. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, kas sevī iekļauj teorētisko informāciju par nekustamā īpašuma tirgus būtību, informāciju par investīciju iespējām un riskiem Latvijas reģionos, kā arī tiek analizētas galvenās atšķirības starp reģioniem, veicot tirgus analīzi. Darbs sastāv no 63 lapām, 16 attēliem, 2 tabulām, 1 pielikuma. Bakalaura darba pētījuma periods ir 2020. – 2024. gadam. Bachelor thesis is “Real estate market development prospects in Latvia's regions: investment opportunities and risks”. The topic of the thesis is relevant because it allows us to assess how the standard of living and the investment environment outside Riga are developing. Nowadays, significant changes are increasingly observed in regional development and population migration, which directly affect both the overall national economy and the demand for various properties. The bachelor’s thesis consists of three chapters, which include theoretical information about the nature of the real estate market, information about investment opportunities and risks in the regions of Latvia, as well as the main differences between regions through market analysis. The bachelor’s thesis consists of 63 pages, 16 illustrations, 2 tables, 1 attachment. The research period of the bachelor's thesis is from 2020 to 2024.
