Eiropas Centrālās bankas monetārās politikas analīze kreditēšanas veicināšanas kontekstā

Abstract

Izvēlētās tēmas aktualitāte ir saistīta ar Latvijā eksistējošu problēmu ar nepietiekamu kredītu pieejamību un zemu kreditēšanas līmeni attiecībā pret IKP. Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts, lai, apskatot mijsakarības starp ECB monetārās politikas instrumentu pielietošanu un kreditēšanas tendencēm eirozonā un Latvijā laika posmā no 2019. līdz 2024.gadam, veikt ECB monetārās politikas analīzi kreditēšanas veicināšanas kontekstā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus ECB monetārās politikas pilnveidošanai. Darba rezultāti liecina, ka eirozonā kopumā ir novērojami stabili kreditēšanas apjomi un pozitīvas tendences, kas apliecina ECB monetārās politikas efektivitāti kreditēšanas veicināšanas kontekstā, taču Latvijā ir konstatējama vāja kreditēšanas dinamika, kas norāda uz nepieciešamību veikt mērķtiecīgu ECB monetārās politikas pilnveidošanu.

The relevance of the chosen topic is related to the existing problem in Latvia of insufficient credit availability and a low level of lending relative to GDP. The bachelor thesis is developed in order to, by examining the interrelation between the application of ECB monetary policy instruments and lending trends in the euro area and Latvia in the period from 2019 to 2024, carry out an analysis of ECB monetary policy in the context of promoting lending and to develop proposals for improving ECB monetary policy. The results of the thesis indicate that, in the euro area overall, stable lending volumes and positive trends are observed, which confirm the effectiveness of ECB monetary policy in the context of promoting lending. However, in Latvia, weak lending dynamics are identified, indicating the need to carry out a targeted improvement of ECB monetary policy.
