Nepilngadīgo narkotizācijas kriminoloģiskās problēmas

Abstract

Nepilngadīgo narkotizācija rada lielos draudus sabiedrības kopējai veselībai un drošībai. Pētījumi liecina, ka aizvien vairāk nepilngadīgie iesaistās apreibinošo vielu, tajā skaitā, narkotisko vielu lietošanā. Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Nepilngadīgo narkotizācijas kriminoloģiskās problēmas”, darba mērķis ir noskaidrot nepilngadīgo narkotizācijas kriminoloģiskās problēmas Latvijā. Bakalaura darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo nepilngadīgo narkotizācija ir problēma ne tikai nacionālā, bet starptautiskā līmenī.Lai nākotnē samazinātu narkotisko vielu izplatību dažādās vecumu grupās, ir jāapzina nepilngadīgo narkotizācijas cēloņi, kā arī problēmas profilakses pasākumos. Bakalaura darba uzdevums ir analizēt nepilngadīgo narkotizācijas stāvokli, nepilngadīgo narkotiku lietotāju raksturojumu, nepilngadīgo narkotizācijas cēloņus un nepilngadīgo narkotizācija novēršanas problēmas. Pētījuma ietvaros ir secināts, ka narkotisko vielu, it īpaši sintētisko narkotisko vielu, tirdzniecības apjomiem ir tendence pieaugt, tādejādi ir apgrūtināts valsts un nevalstisko organizāciju darbs pie nepilngadīgo narkotizācijas samazināšanas. Bakalaura darbā pētījuma nobeigumā tiek apkopoti secinājumi un iespējamie priekšlikumi kā samazināt nepilngadīgo narkotizācijas izplatīšanos.

Under-age narcotization present a significant risk to the community health and safety. Studies show that more and more under-age’s are involved into usage of intoxicating substances, including drug substances. The theme of the Bachelor thesis is: "Under-age narcotization - criminology problems", the objective is to identify under-age narcotization criminological problems in Latvia. The theme of the Bachelor's thesis is important because the under-age narcotization is a problem not only in a national, but in an international level. To reduce the spread of drugs in future in any age group, we need to identify the causes of under-age narcotization, as well as problems in preventive measures. The task of the Bachelor's thesis is to analyze the situation of under-age narcotization, characteristics of the under-age drug users, causes of under-age narcotization and prevention problems of under-age narcotization. The study finds that drugs, especially synthetic drugs, trade volume is increasing, therefore working on under-age narcotization reduction is more difficult for public and non-governmental organizations. The Bachelor's thesis concludes by summarizing the conclusions and possible proposals to reduce the spread of under-age narcotization.
