Ārvalstīs dzīvojošo tautiešu jēdziena konstrukcija Krievijas tautiešu politikā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Ārvalstīs dzīvojošo tautiešu jēdziena konstrukcija Krievijas tautiešu politikā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt ārvalstīs dzīvojošo Krievijas tautiešu jēdziena konstruēšanu Krievijas tautiešu politikā. Darba teorētiskie pamati ir balstīti konstruktīvisma teorijā, kas ir atbilstoša sociālo konstrukciju izpētei starptautisko attiecību kontekstā. Darba empīrisko materiālu bāzi sastāda Krievijas valsts institūciju oficiālie dokumenti un valsts amatpersonu uzstāšanās runas. Darba ietvaros empīriskā bāze analizēta, izmantojot Roberta Entmana ierāmēšanas pētniecības metodi, kuras ietvaros tika identificēti Krievijas valsts dokumentos un amatpersonu izteikumos formulētie, dominējošie rāmējumi. Balstoties uz konstatētajiem rāmējumiem, darba noslēgumā secināts, ka ārvalstīs dzīvojošo Krievijas tautiešu identitāti sastāda vismaz četri dominējošie rāmējumi, no kuriem trīs ir attiecināmi ārvalstīs dzīvojošo Krievijas tautiešu identitātei kopumā, savukārt ceturtais rāmējums ir identificēts Latvijā dzīvojošo Krievijas tautiešu identitātē.

Master’s thesis is “The Construction of the Concept of Compatriots Living Abroad in Russia’s Compatriot Policy”. The aim of the master’s thesis is to examine the construction of the concept of compatriots living abroad in Russia’s compatriot policy. The theoretical foundations of the thesis are based on Constructivist theory, which is relevant for the study of social constructions in the context of international relations. The empirical basis consists of official documents of Russian state institutions and speeches by state officials. Within the framework of the thesis, empirical base is analyzed in using Robert Entman’s Framing research method, within the framework of which the dominant frames have been analyzed, based on Russian state documents and public statements of the officials. Based on the four framings which have been identified, it is concluded that three of the identified frames are to be attributed for Russian compatriots living abroad as a whole, while the fourth frame is embedded in the identity of Russian comptriots in Latvia.
