Abstract

Maģistra darbs “Jaunsargu organizācijas un skolas sadarbības vadības pilnveides ieguvumi Jaunsardzes darbībai ilgtermiņā” izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt skolas un Jaunsardzes organizācijas sadarbību ar skolām un izstrādāt pasākumu kopu sadarbības vadības pilnveidei bērnu un jauniešu pilsoniskās izglītības uzlabošanai Latvijā ilgtermiņa perspektīvā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā raksturots izglītības vadības jēdziens, lielu uzmanību veltot sadarbības vadībai militārās formālās un neformālās izglītības kontekstā. Pētīti valsts aizsardzības mācības ieviešanas principi, analizējot dažādu valstu pieredzi. Empīriskajā daļā iezīmētas galvenās skolas un Jaunsardzes centra sadarbības problēmas, kas kavē veiksmīgu bērnu un jauniešu pilsoniskās izglītības mērķu realizāciju, balstoties uz novērojumos, intervijās un aptaujās gūto informāciju. Maģistra darba noslēgumā izstrādāts pasākumu komplekss, kas vērsts uz katras atklātās problēmas risināšanu skolu un Jaunsardzes centra sadarbībā. To īstenošana ļautu uzlabot pilsonisko formālās un neformālās izglītības efektivitāti ilgtermiņa perspektīvā.

The Benefits of Improving the Management of Cooperation Between the Youth Guard Organization and Schools for the Long-Term Development of the Youth Guard’s Activities The master’s thesis is developed with the aim to explore the cooperation between schools and the Youth Guard organization and to develop a set of measures for improving the management of cooperation in order to enhance civic education for children and youth in Latvia from a long-term perspective. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concept of educational management, paying special attention to cooperation management in the context of formal and non-formal military education. The principles of introducing national defense education are examined by analyzing the experiences of various countries. The empirical part outlines the main cooperation issues between schools and the Youth Guard Centre that hinder the successful implementation of civic education goals for children and youth. The conclusions are based on data obtained through observations, interviews, and surveys. In conclusion, the thesis proposes a set of measures aimed at solving the identified cooperation issues between schools and the Youth Guard Centre. The implementation of these measures would improve the effectiveness of civic formal and non-formal education in the long term.
