Abstract

Samantas Vilmanes kvalifikācijas darba’’ Vecāku un pedagogu sadarbība adaptācijas procesā pirmsskolas izglītības 1. vecumposmā’’ mērķis ir teorētiski un praktiski izpētīt vecāku un pedagogu savstarpējo sadarbību un sadarbības veicināšanas iespējas bērna adaptācijas perioda sekmēšanai. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta literatūra par adaptācijas jēdzienu, tās raksturojumu pedagogu un psihologu atziņās un bērnu attīstības likumsakarībām agrīnajā bērnībā. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizētas vecāku un pedagogu sadarbības veidošanās, sadarbības formas, kā arī vecāku un pedagogu loma bērna adaptācijas sekmēšanā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikts pētījums par vecāku un pedagogu sadarbības veicināšanu bērna adaptācijas procesa sekmēšanā pirmsskolas izglītības 1. vecumposmā. Pētnieciskā darba noslēgumā secināts, ka mērķtiecīga un efektīva vecāku un pedagoga savstarpējā sadarbība sekmē bērna adaptācijas procesu, kā arī veiksmīga sadarbība tiek veicināta, ja pedagogs uzņemas iniciatīvu savstarpējas sadarbības un komunikācijas veidošanā , iesaistot vecākus bērna adaptācijas procesa norisē, grupas notikumos un izvēloties piemērotas sadarbības formas. Darba apjoms bez pielikuma ir 43 lapaspuses, 5 tabulas, 31 literatūras avots, 5 pielikumi.

The aim of Samanta Vilmane’s qualification thesis “Cooperation of parents and teachers in the process of adaption of the child in the 1st age stage of preschool education” is to theoretically and practically explore the cooperation between parents and teachers, as well as the possibilities of promoting this cooperation to support the child’s adaptation process. The first chapter analyzes literature on the concept of adaptation, its characteristics according to educators and psychologists, and the developmental patterns of children in early childhood. The second chapter examines how cooperation between parents and teachers is established, different forms of cooperation, and the roles of both parents and teachers in facilitating a successful adaptation process. In the third chapter, a study is conducted on how to promote cooperation between parents and teachers in order to enhance the child's adaptation process in the first stage of preschool education. At the conclusion of the research, it is found that purposeful and effective cooperation between parents and teachers significantly supports the child’s adaptation process. Moreover, successful cooperation is promoted when the teacher takes initiative in establishing mutual communication and cooperation, involving parents in the child’s adaptation process, group activities, and selecting appropriate forms of cooperation.
