Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Inta Bleija Kvalifikācijas darba nosaukums: Pozitīvās disciplinēšanas metožu izmantošana darbā ar 2. vecumposma bērniem pedagoģiskajā procesā pirmsskolā. Mērķis: Izpētīt un analizēt, kādas pozitīvās disciplinēšanas metodes tiek izmantotas pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē darbā ar 2. vecumposma bērniem un kā šīs metodes maina bērna uzvedību? Pētījuma jautājums: Kā pozitīvās disciplinēšanas paņēmieni maina bērna uzvedību? Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, kurā tiek apskatītas pozitīvās disciplinēšanas jēdziens. Aprakstītas pozitīvās disciplinēšanas metodes darbam ar bērniem pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Skaidroti pozitīvās disciplinēšanas pamatprincipi darbam ar bērniem pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Precizēti jēdzieni, kas ir disciplinēšana un sodīšana, ka tas nav viens un tas pats. Empīriskajā daļā tiek veikts pētījums konkrētā izglītības iestādē, grupā pie 4 – 5 gadus veciem bērniem. Pētījuma laikā tiek pielietotas dažādas pozitīvās disciplinēšanas metodes (motivācijas atrašana, grupas noteikumu ievērošana, apstādināšana, apdomāšanās vieta, sekas, verbāls pozitīvs pastiprinājums), lai panāktu vēlamo uzvedību un rezultātu. Pamatojoties uz teorētisko daļu un pielietoto pozitīvo disciplinēšanu, tika izstrādāti ieteikumi pirmsskolas izglītības iestāžu skolotājiem. It describes positive discipline methods for working with children in preschool educational institutions. It explains the fundamental principles of positive discipline for working with children in preschool educational institutions. It clarifies the concepts of discipline and punishment, indicating that they are not the same. The empirical part includes a study conducted in a specific educational institution, in a group of 4-5 year-old children. During the study, various positive discipline methods are applied (finding motivation, adhering to group rules, timeout, reflection place, consequences, verbal positive reinforcement) to achieve the desired behavior and results. Based on the theoretical part and the applied positive discipline, recommendations for preschool teachers were developed.
