Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt webscraper.io tīmekļvietnes optimizācijas iespējas, pielietojot A/B testa metodi un veicot tehniskus uzlabojumus. Darba ietvaros tika veikta literatūras analīze par tīmekļvietņu optimizācijas pamatprincipiem un metodēm, pētīti mērķauditorijas viedokļi par tīmekļa vietni, kā arī realizēti praktiski uzlabojumi. Pētījumā analizētie uzlabojumi ietver tīmekļvietnes ātrdarbības optimizāciju, dizaina uzlabošanu, satura pārstrukturēšanu un navigācijas pilnveidošanu. Rezultāti parāda, ka visefektīvākie bija A/B testi ar sākumlapas dizaina izmaiņām un funkciju sadaļas optimizāciju, kas palielināja lietotāju iesaistes laiku un konversijas rādītājus.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to explore and analyse the optimisation possibilities of the webscraper.io website by applying the A/B testing method and implementing technical improvements. Within the scope of the work, a literature review on the basic principles and methods of website optimization was carried out, the target audience's opinions of the website were studied, and practical improvements were implemented. The improvements analysed in the study include optimising website performance, enhancing the design, restructuring the content, and refining the navigation. The results show that the most effective were the A/B tests involving changes to the homepage design and optimization of the features section, which increased user engagement time and conversion rates.
