Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pētīt, kā dažādas biežāk lietotās IT projektu novērtēšanas metodes iederas dažādu projektu tipos. Pētījums ir svarīgs, lai noskaidrotu, cik bieži tiek izvēlētas nepiemērotas novērtēšanas metodes, neefektīvi izmantojot resursus, laiku, neadaptējoties projekta mērogam, sarežģītības līmenim un citiem faktoriem. Praktiskajā daļā veikta aptauja, uzzinot vairāk informācijas par uzņēmumu domām par mākslīgā intelekta ietekmi un aizvietošanu projektu novērtēšanas sfērā.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to examine how various commonly used IT project evaluation methods fit different types of projects. The research is important to determine how often inappropriate evaluation methods are chosen, leading to inefficient use of resources and time due to a lack of adaptation to the project's scale, complexity, and other factors. In the practical part, a survey was conducted to gain more insight into companies' views on the impact of artificial intelligence and its potential to replace traditional evaluation methods in the field of project assessment.
