Digitālu ierīču antropomorfizācijas atkarība no lietotāja personības

Abstract

Šajā darbā tika apskatīti pētījumi par ierīču antropomorfizāciju, minēti cilvēka personības pamati, kā arī veikts pētījums par personības ietekmi uz antropomorfizācijas tendenci. Antropomorfizācijas izpēte var palīdzēt labāk izprast cilvēka un datora mijiedarbību un izstrādāt personīgākas ierīces, savukārt, personības ietekmes izpēte varētu palīdzēt labāk saprast antropomorfizācijas procesu. Šajā darbā tika apkopotas zināšanas par antropomorfizācijas klasifikāciju, ārējo un iekšējo ietekmju veidiem, personības definīciju un tās mērīšanas metodi, kā arī aprakstīts šī darba eksperiments - tā mērķis un hipotēzes, rezultāti un diskusija. Eksperimenta rezultātā tika atrasta antropomorfizācijas saikne ar atvērtību un mājdzīvnieku esamību, kā arī citas sakarības. Beigās tika aprakstīts radītais antropomorfizācijas mērīšanas rīks.

This work reviewed literature on device anthropomorphization, outlined key foundations of human personality, and presented an empirical study on the influence of personality on the tendency of anthropomorphization. Research on anthropomorphization can help understand human-computer interaction better and develop more personal devices, while research on the influence of personality could help understand the process of anthropomorphization better. This work summarized knowledge on anthropomorphization, external and internal influences, personality and its measurement, and detailed the conducted experiment—its aims, hypotheses, results, and discussion. Anthropomorphization was found to be related to openness and the presence of pets, other connections were also found. At the end, the created anthropomorphization measurement tool was described.
