Aprūpes dokumentācija neoroonkoloģiskajiem pacientiem ķīmijterapijas laikā

Abstract

Pasaules Veselības Organizācijas Vēža kontroles programma aplūko māsas unikālo lomu aprūpes un atbalsta nodrošināšanā onkoloģiskiem pacientiem, īpaši uzsverot māsas līdzdalības nozīmi pacienta izglītošanā, norādījumu došanā un ārstēšanā. Neiroonkoloģisko pacientu aprūpe ķīmijterapijas laikā ietver pacienta stāvokļa atbildes reakcijas novērtēšana uz terapiju, tiek dokumentētas pazīmes un simptomi, kā arī paziņota noderīga informācija citiem kolēģiem veselības aprūpes komandā. Ķīmijterapija sākas ar rūpīgu izpratni par pacienta stāvokli, terapijas mērķi, zāļu devām, lietošanas veidu, grafiku, pārvaldības principiem un iespējamām blakusparādībām, to savlaicīga ievērošana un kontrole ir galvenais māsas pienākums sniedzot aprūpi klientam, kurš saņem ķīmijterapiju. Aprūpes dokumentācija ir neatsverams palīglīdzeklis māsas darbā. Aktuāls kļūst jautājums par to, kā klientiem nodrošināt pilnvērtīgu aprūpi ķīmijterapijas laikā. Darba mērķis- noteikt ķīmijterapijas protokola satura atbilstību pacientu aprūpes vajadzībām. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma mērķi un tēmas aktualitāti izvirzīts sekojošs pētījuma jautājums: kāda sakarība ir ķīmijterapijas aprūpes protokola izmantošanai māsu praksē ar klientu aprūpes kvalitātes nodrošināšanu? Lai noskaidrotu sakarību starp ķīmijterapijas aprūpes protokola izmantošanu māsu praksē un klientu aprūpes kvalitātes nodrošināšanu tika izstrādāts protokols, novērotas onkoloģijas māsas darbā ar pacientiem, kuri saņem ķīmijterapiju. Pētījuma rezultātā tika iegūta atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumu: ķīmijterapijas aprūpes protokola aizpildīšana vistiešākajā veidā nodrošina savlaicīgu, pilnvērtīgu, dinamisku un nepārtrauktu neiroonkoloģisku pacientu aprūpi. World Health Organisation’s Programme of Cancer control supports very unique position of nurses in order to look after oncology patients, and emphasising their role in patient’s education, day to day support and treatment. The care of patients with neurooncologyproblems during chemiotherapy includes assessment of patients reaction to the treatment, monitoring of signs and symptoms, and in addition reporting this information to the team members. Chemiotherapy starts with in-depth understanding of patient’s status, goal of the treatment, treatment dosing, administration and route of therapy, possible side effects, monitoring of them, timely manner of raising awareness of them – those are all main responsibilities of the nurse who takes care of patients’ receiving chemiotherapy. Not less important is day to day accurate documentation of mentioned above. The main goal is to provide patients with most appropriate care during the chemiotherapy treatment. The goal of work is to define the content of chemiotherapy’s protocol approprioteness to the patient needs. Based on the investigations goal and tesis the following question is asked: what is the link between he use of the protocol of chemiotherapy in nursing and patient’s nursing quality. In order to find the connection between the use of chemiotherapy nursing protocol patients care quality there was set up a Standard, and there was monitored nurses at their work with patients who received chemiotherapy. During this trial there was provided an answer to the investigational question: the following of the protocol is directly connected to the timely, full, dynamic and continuous neurooncological patients care.
