Abstract

Maģistra darbs"Māsu sabiedriskās aktivitātes ietekme uz darbu un attiecībām ar darba kolēģiem" sastāv no 2 nodaļām un 8 pielikumiem. Darbā veikts zinātniskās literatūras apskats par sabiedrisko aktivitāšu ietekmi uz darbu un attiecībām ar darba kolēģiem, kā arī veikts pētījums par māsu sabiedrisko aktivitāšu ietekmi uz darbu un attiecībām ar kolēģiem. Darba mērķis: ir izpētīt māsu sabiedrisko aktivitāti. Pētnieciskais kjautājums: Kā sabiedriskās aktivitātes ietekmē māsu dsarbu un attiecības ar kolēģiem. Izmantojot kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi, kuras instruments ir strukturēta intervija, izzinātas māsu sabiedriskās aktivitātes, iemesli pasivitātei, māsu sabiedrisko aktivitāšu nozīmība attiecībās ar kolēģiem un darbā. Pētījuma rezultāti atspoguļo, ka māsu sabiedriskām aktivitātēm ir nozīmīga loma attiecībās ar darba kolēģiem. Atslēgvārdi: sabiedriskās aktivitātes, attiecības, sajūtas darbā.

The aim of the masters' thesis "The impact of social activities of nurses on work and on the relationships with colleagues" is to investigate the social activities of nurses. Structured interviews as an instrument of qualitative research method were used to find social activities of nurses, the causes of passivity of nurses, the importance of social activities of nurses relationship with colleagues and in work. The work deals with a review of scientific literature about the impact of social activities on work and the relationship with colleagues and qualitative research in carried out about the impact of social activities on work. The master thesis "The impact of social activities of nurses on work and on the relationship with colleagues" consist of 2 chapters and 8 annexes. The amount of work 34 pages.
