Mantojuma pieņemšana

Abstract

Mantojuma pieņemšana ir būtiska mantošanas procesa stadija, kurā mantinieks apstiprina gatavību pieņemt mantojumu un uzņemties no tā izrietošos pienākumus un saistības. Bakalaura darbs “Mantojuma pieņemšana” ir izstrādāts, lai analizētu mantojuma pieņemšanas institūtu Latvijā, tā vēsturisko attīstību un pēdējos grozījumus, kā arī, lai apzinātu galvenos juridiskos un praktisko izaicinājumus, kuri rodas mantiniekam ar mantojuma pieņemšanu. Darbā tiek analizēti normatīvie akti, kas regulē mantojuma pieņemšanu, kā arī identificēti problēmjautājumi un piedāvāti to risinājumi.

The acceptance of inheritance is a crucial stage in the inheritance process, during which the heir confirms their readiness to accept the inheritance and assume the resulting duties and obligations. The bachelor's thesis "Acceptance of Inheritance" has been developed to analyze the institution of inheritance acceptance in Latvia, its historical development and recent amendments, as well as to identify the main legal and practical challenges that arise for the heir upon accepting the inheritance. The thesis analyzes the legal acts governing inheritance acceptance, identifies problematic issues, and proposes solutions to them.
