Abstract
Artefaktiem var but dažadi celoi. Atslegvardi: magnetiska rezonanse, artefakti, attelu ietekmejošie faktori, attelu kvalitate.

While carrying out the investigation in magnetic resonance you often have to face a different factors that interferes with obtaining of qualitative images. One of the most common factors that damage the quality of an investigation is artefacts. There could be various causes for artefacts. Knowing the origin of the artefact it is possible to reduce or remove it, that significantly improves image resolution. The aim of the work is to explore the most common artefacts that affect the quality of an MR investigation in neuroradiology. There were four tasks highlighted. Determine the two most common artefacts who affect the quality of an MR investigation and to evaluate the options in eliminating them. While evaluating 100 investigations, artefacts were found in 74 of them. The most common forms of artefacts are caused by movement and metal.
