Tautas nobalsošana par Satversmes grozījumiem, kas paredz valsts valodas statusa piešķiršanu krievu valodai: žurnālistu loma rāmējumu veidošanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Tautas nobalsošana par Satversmes grozījumiem, kas paredz valsts valodas statusa piešķiršanu krievu valodai: žurnālistu loma rāmējumu veidošanā", aptverot laikrakstu "Diena", "Latvijas Avīze", "Час" un "Вести Сегодня" publikācijas - intervijas, komentārus - saistībā ar tautas nobalsošanu par laika posmu no 01.11.2011 līdz 29.02.2012. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, noskaidrot, analizēt minēto laikrakstu žurnālistu veidotus rāmējumus attiecībā uz tautas nobalsošanu par Satversmes grozījumiem, kas paredz valsts valodas statusa piešķiršanu krievu valodai, kā arī salīdzināt latviešu un krievu laikrakstos atlasītos žurnālistu veidotus rāmējumus. Publikāciju (interviju, komentāru) analīzei izmantotas publikāciju atlases, kontentanalīzes un rāmējumu analīzes metodes, ar kuru palīdzību darba autore ir atlasījusi publikācijas, analizējusi vēstījumus, izvērtējusi rāmējumus un izdarījusi secinājumus. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām: teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīta rāmējumu teorija, politiskā žurnālistika, žurnālistu loma komunikācijā un politikā, valoda nacionālās identitātes kontekstā; metodoloģiskajā daļā tiek izklāstītas darbā pielietotas pētnieciskās metodes; empīriskajā daļā ir ievietota informācija par tautas nobalsošanas pasākumu, kā arī prezentēti pētījuma rezultāti un veikts datu apkopojums. Darba gaitā sasniegtie rezultāti rada priekšstatu par žurnālistu lomu rāmējumu veidošanā attiecībā uz tautas nobalsošanu un ar to saistītiem jautājumiem. Nobeigumā izdarīti secinājumi, pievienots izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksts, un pielikumi.

The theme of the bachelor paper is "Referendum on Constitutional amendments, which provides the official language status for Russian language: the role of journalists in the frame-building process". It is based on the newspaper "Diena", "Latvijas Avīze", "Час" un "Вести Сегодня" publications - interviews, comments - in connection with referendum on the period from 01.11.2011 to 29.02.2012. The aim of the research is to explore, find, analize the newspapers journalists created frames about the Constitutional amendmets, which provides the official language status for Russian language, and to compare the journalists frames, selected from the Latvian and Russian newspapers. The research is based on the selection of publications, content analysis and frame analysis. Through this research methods the author selected the publications, analyzed the messages, took out and evaluated frames, and, as a result, made the conclusions. The paper consists of three parts: theoretical part examines framing theory, political journalism, role of journalists in the communication and politics and language as national identity; methodological part describes research methods, used in this work; empirical part contains information of the referendum measure, as well as presents the results of the research and performes the summarization of the acquired data. The results of this research give the perception about the role of journalists in the frame-building process in connection with referendum and related issues. In the end there are conclusions, list of used sources and attachments.
