Latvijas Republikas Civillikuma Mantojuma tiesību daļas grozījumi atbilstoši mūsdienu prasībām ir aktuāli un nepieciešami. Bakalaura darbā autore aplūkojusi tikai nelielu daļiņu no visiem Civillikuma mantojuma tiesību daļas iespējamajiem grozījumiem, kas nepieciešami, lai Latvijas Republikas Civillikumu pielāgotu jaunajai mantojuma lietu kārtošanas sistēmai un padarītu to atbilstošu mūsdienu sabiedrības vajadzībām, likuma garam un tiesību izpratnei. Autore aplūkojusi tās problēmas, kuras pašai autorei šobrīd šķitušas visaktuālākās un prasītu tūlītēju risinājumu, lai nerastos domstarpības mantojuma lietu kārtošanā.
