Darbā pētīts un analizēts bērnu pornogrāfijas krimināltiesiskais aspekts, jēdziena nozīme, vēsturiskais aspekts, normatīvais regulējums, bērnu pornogrāfijas ārvalstu krimināltiesiskais regulējums,veikta pornogrāfijas juridiskā analīze, kā arī jēdziens - bērnu pornogrāfija tulkots ņemot vērā trīs interpretācijas metodes – gramatisko, teleoloģisko un vēsturisko. Darba mērķis – norādīt uz problēmām, kuras rodas noziedzīgu nodarījumu, kas saistīti ar bērnu pornogrāfiju, kvalifikācijas procesā, vizualizējot to ar piemēriem. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The theme of the Master’s paper is the legal aspect of child pornography. Legal aspect of child pornography, its definition, historical consequence and legislation both in Latvia and abroad is analyzed and researched in the paper. Legal analysis of pornography as well as the definition of child pornography is interpreted using the three methods of interpretation – grammatical, teleological and historical. The purpose of the paper is to point out the problems that arise during the qualification process of crimes related to child pornography. | en_US |
