Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Darba devēja uzteikuma tiesiskais regulējums”. Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt spēkā esošo tiesisko regulējumu un tiesu praksi saistībā ar darba devēja uzteikumu, konstatētu tajā trūkumus un sniegtu viedokli, kā arī rastu iespējamos risinājumus konstatētajām problēmām.
Darbs sastāv no sešām nodaļām un apakšnodaļām.
Pirmajā - darba devēja uzteikuma jēdziens un darba tiesisko attiecību izbeigšanās veidi.
Otrā nodaļa – Darba devēja uzteikuma tiesiskie pamati
Trešā nodaļa – Darba devēja uzteikuma kārtība
Ceturtā nodaļa – Darbinieka tiesības aizskarto interešu aizsardzībai, darba devēja uzteikuma gadījumā
Piektā nodaļa – Prasības iesniegšana tiesā, civilprocesuālās īpatnības
Sestā nodaļa – Secinājumi un priekšlikumi
Izstrādājot darbu izmantoti 38 juridiskās literatūras avoti

The theme of the research paper is Legal Regulation of Employer’s notice. The goal of the thesis is to analyze applicable regulatory enactments and judicial practice related to employer’s notice, to establish drawbacks of regulatory enactments and to express the opinion on possible solutions of problematic issues. The thesis consists of six chapters and sub-chapters. In the first chapter – concept of employer’s notice and types of ending labor relations. In the second chapter – legal basis of employer’s notice. In the third – content and order of employer’s notice. In the fourth – employee’s rights to protect his injured interests in court. In the fifth chapter – the civil procedure and peculiarities of litigating employer’s notice in court, judgments, and consequences. In the sixth chapter – brief analysis and problems of legal regulation 38 legal, literary and judicial sources were used for development of the thesis. The thesis consists of 46 pages; it was written in Riga in 2009.
