Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta emocionālās vardarbības teorētiskais raksturojums, kā arī tiek sniegti autores redzējumi un ieteikumi par iespējamajiem pierādīšanas līdzekļiem un risinājuma variantiem. Pirmajā nodaļā autore uzsver psihologa un bāriņtiesas darbinieku lomu gan pastāvošo apstākļu pierādīšanai, gan situācijas atrisināšanai.
Otrajā bakalaura darba nodaļā tiek aplūkota fiziska vardarbība, kā iemels laulāto turpmākās dzīves neiespējamībai. Nodaļā arī tiek sniegts autores vērtējums un ieteikumi, kā šādu vardarbību pierādīt.
Trešajā nodaļā autore analizē apstākļus un iemeslus, kas autores prāt ir pietiekami, lai pārtrauktu gan kopdzīvi, gan laulību. Iemeslu izvēle balstīta gan uz ārvalstu praksi, gan autores subjektīvo skatījumu.
Ceturtā nodaļā apskatīta gan Zviedrijas, gan Krievijas likumdošanas tiesiskie aspekti attiecība uz laulības šķiršanās institūtu. Nodaļā ārvalstu likumdošana tiek salīdzināta ar Latvijas tiesību principiem un normatīvajiem aktiem.
Darbā sniegti autores atzinumi un priekšlikumi par nepieciešamību Latvijas likumdošanu padarīt elastīgāku, lai gūtu ne tikai tiesisku, bet arī taisnīgu gala iznākumu. In the first chapter are tackled the theoretical description of emotional abuse and author give visions and recommendations on possible means of proof and solution options. Further in the first chapter, the author stresses the psychological and custody court employee's role to prove the existing conditions as well as to resolve the situation.
Second bachelor's section of the work is dealt with physical violence as a cause of further impossibility of cohabitation of spouses. The chapter also gives the author's assessment and recommendations on ways to prove such violence.
In the third chapter the author examines the circumstances and reasons that to the author's mind is enough to stop both cohabitation and marriage. Reason for the choice is based both on foreign practices, and the author's subjective view.
The fourth chapter deals with both the Swedish and Russian legislative legal aspects for divorce Institute. There are also compared foreign legislation with the Latvian law principles and legislation in the fourth chapter.
The paper provides the author's opinions and suggestions on the need to make Latvian legislation more flexible in order to obtain not only legal but also just the final outcome.
