Galvenais bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt, kādas ir tiesības indivīdam piedalīties lēmumu pieņemšanā nacionālā, Eiropas un ANO mērogā. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām, kurās ir analizēts kā indivīds var īstenot savas tiesības starptautiskā un nacionālā mērogā, kādas institūcijas veido sadarbību ar nevalstiskām organizācijām un ar pašiem indivīdiem atsevišķi, ko pati persona var darīt, lai tā būtu uzklausīta šajās institūcijās. Ir apskatīts lobiju mehānisms ANO un Eiropas Padomē.Ir analizēti starptautiskie normatīvie tiesību akti, uz ko indivīds var pamatoties un kuri dod tiesības indivīdam realizēt un aizstāvēt viņu tiesības piedalīties lēmumu pieņemšanā nacionālā un starptautiskā mērogā. Vairāk tika analizētas indivīda tiesības piedalīties vēlēšanās. The main aim of the bachelor work is to analyze what are the individual rights for taking part in decision making in the national, European and UN level. It consists of four parts, where you can find the analyses of the process how individuals could realize theirs rights in the international and national level, what are the institutions, which create the cooperation between nongovernmental organizations and individuals, what this person could do to be listened in these institutions. International laws and regulations are analyzed, what an individual could response on, and which provide the rights to realize and protect the individual rights in the participation of decision making on the national and international level. Rights to elect and participate in the elections are widely analyzed.
