В дипломной работе “ Административные акты в деятельности высших учебных заведений и их проблематика” перечислены решения вузов с приметами административного акта, а также анализированы проблемные вопросы этих решений. В дипломной работе проанализированы административные акты, связанные с началом учебы, с процессом учебы и с прекращением учебы в высших учебных заведениях. In the diploma paper „Administrative Acts and Their Problems in Activities of Institutions of Higher Education” are mentioned the main decisions of the institutions of higher education which have the features of the administrative act and are analyzed the problems of these decisions. There are described the administrative acts which are related to the beginning of the studies, the administrative acts during the study process and the administrative acts related to the finishing of the studies. The lack and the imperfection of the normative regulation of the disciplinary sanctions for students and of the bases for exmatriculation of the students are mentioned as the main problems. They are described in the diploma paper and the author gives the solution for them. The author has focused to the legal aspect of the evaluation as the administrative act. The collision of the legal rules of the Law on Institutions of Higher Education about the disputing of the administrative act and the actual action is also analyzed. There is given the suggestion – to simplify the procedure of the disputing of the administrative acts and the actual action of the institutions of higher education.
