Darbaspēka brīva kustība un konkurence sportā Eiropas Kopienas ietvaros

Abstract

Šajā darbā „Darbaspēka brīva kustība un konkurence sportā Eiropas Kopienas ietvaros” tiek apskatīta sporta kā profesionālās nodarbošanās un sporta kā sacīkstes duālā daba un tiesiskais regulējums Eiropas Kopienas konkurences tiesību un darbaspēka brīvas kustības ietvaros. Šī darba galvenais mērķis ir specifiska, uz sportu attiecināma regulējuma identifikācija Eiropas Kopienas konkurences tiesībās un uz darbaspēka brīvu kustību attiecināmajos noteikumos. Šis uzdevums ticis sekmīgi paveikts izmantojot tiesu prakses un zinātniskās literatūras analīzi.

In this paper “Free movement of workforce and competition in sports in the framework of European Communities” the dual nature and legal regime of sports as contest and sports as professional occupation is observed in the framework of European Communities’ competition law and free movement of workers. The main aim of this paper is the finding of existence of a specific sports related adjustment of European Communities’ competition law and free movement of workers rules. The task has been successfully fulfilled through relevant case law and scientific literature studies.
