Noziedzīga nodarījuma priekšmets

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „Noziedzīga nodarījuma priekšmets”. Diplomdarba apjoms- 51 lapaspuse. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trijām nodaļām un secinājumiem. Pirmā nodaļa veltīta noziedzīga nodarījuma priekšmeta vietas noskaidrošanai noziedzīga nodarījuma sastāvā. Otrajā nodaļā aplūkots noziedzīga nodarījuma priekšmeta jēdziens, dota noziedzīga nodarījuma priekšmetu klasifikācija, kā arī noziedzīga nodarījuma priekšmeta norobežošana no noziedzīga nodarījuma objekta un noziedzīga nodarījuma izdarīšanas rīkiem un līdzekļiem. Trešajā nodaļā autore pievērsusies noziedzīga nodarījuma kvalifikācijas pēc priekšmeta problēmām. Darbā izmantota juridiskā literatūra, publikācijas, normatīvie akti, pirms tiesu izmeklēšanas un tiesu prakses materiāli.

The title of the diploma work is The Issue of the Criminal Offence. The contents of the diploma work are laid out on the 51 pages. The work consists of the introduction, three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to establish the location of an issue of criminal offence in the structure of the criminal offence. In the second chapter the concept of an issue of criminal offence is considered, the classification of an issue of criminal offence is provided, and the separation of an issue of criminal offence from the object, items and methods of the criminal offence commitment is presented. In the third chapter the author has focused on the qualification of criminal offence in accordance with the problems of the issue. The legal literature, the publications, the legislation acts, materials of the case law are being used in the work.
