| dc.description.abstract | Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un salīdzināt personas slepkavības pastiprinošos apstākļos jeb kvalificētas slepkavības institūtu Krimināllikumā un Lietuvas Republikas kriminālkodeksā. Darbā tiek aprakstīti, salīdzināti un analizēti Krimināllikumā un Lietuvas Republikas kriminālkodeksā kopīgie slepkavību pastiprinošie jeb kvalificējošie apstākļi. Tiek apskatīts un salīdzināts regulējums attiecībā uz slepkavību sevišķi pastiprinošos apstākļos Krimināllikumā, bet pastiprinošos apstākļos Lietuvas Republikas kriminālkodeksā. Darbā tiek analizēti arī atšķirīgi slepkavību kvalificējoši apstākļi Latvijā un Lietuvā. Tas ir, tādi kvalificējoši apstākļi, kas ir paredzēti vienas valsts likumā, bet nav pieminēti otras valsts likumā.
Līdz šim ne Latvijas, ne Lietuvas krimināltiesībās nav padziļināti salīdzināta abu valstu prakse un likumos paredzētā atbildība par kvalificētās slepkavības izdarīšanu, tāpēc darbs varētu piesaistīt interesentus. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this essay is to examine and compare the institution of the Murder Committed in Aggravating Circumstances in the Penal Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Penal Law. In this essay there are described, compared and analyzed common in Penal Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Penal Law Aggravating Circumstances of the Murder. There are looked through and analyzed regulations concerning the Murder Committed in Especially Aggravating Circumstances in Penal Law, but Aggravating Circumstances in the Penal Code of the Republic of Lithuania. There are analyzed different Aggravating Circumstances of the Murder in Latvia and Lithuania as well. Such Aggravating Circumstances of the Murder, that are provided in the Law of one country, but are not mentioned in Law of another.
Until now in Latvia’s or Lithuania’s criminal law there was not deeply compared practice of both countries and provided liability in law for the Murder Committed in Aggravating Circumstances, therefore this essay could attract those who are interested in. | en_US |
