| dc.description.abstract | Darba mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt Latvijas Republikas tiesību aktus un tiesu praksi, saistībā ar nelikumīgām darbībām ar autortiesību un blakustiesību objektiem, kā arī starptautiskos dokumentus, kas nosaka autortiesību un blakustiesību aizsardzību starptautiskā līmenī.
Darba uzdevums ir izpētīt, vai Latvijā darbojas tiesību aizsardzības mehānismi, kas palīdzētu maksimāli ierobežot nelikumīgas darbības ar autortiesību un blakustiesību objektiem un vai šie mehānismi pietiekami efektīvi nodrošina autortiesību un blakustiesību objektu aizsardzību pret nelikumīgām darbībām, kā veidojas tiesu prakse, iztiesājot šāda veida noziedzīgos nodarījumus, un sniegt priekšlikumus konstatēto problēmu novēršanā.
Kopsavilkumā izdarīti secinājumi par apskatāmo tēmu un sniegti priekšlikumi konstatēto problēmu novēršanā. | en_US |
