Autores darba mērķis bija izpētīt pēdējo pierādījuma pazīmi - pieļaujamību un tās problemātiku. Galvenokārt, noziedzīga nodarījuma faktisko apstākļu izzināšana notiek ar objektu, kas var kļūt par pierādījumiem palīdzību. Tāpēc ir ārkārtīgi svarīgi, lai pierādījumi būtu iegūti no likumā paredzētiem avotiem, procesuāli nostiprināti ar likumā paredzētiem līdzekļiem, to iegūšanas norisē būtu ievēroti visi procesuālās kārtības noteikumi, tos iegūstot, nebūtu izmantotas likumā neatļautas metodes un paņēmieni.
Bakalaura darba uzdevums ir izprast pierādīšanas nozīmi kriminālprocesā, tās jēdzienu, būtību, pierādīšanas priekšmetu, veidus, robežas un izpētīt problemātiku saistībā ar faktu atbilstību pierādījumu pieļaujamības pazīmei. In addition, The Law explains the standards, which should be respected before applying evidences in legal proceedings. There are three criteria, which has to be met by the information given about facts: reliability relevance and admissibility.
The work goal was to make a careful examination of one of the main evidence criteria – admissibility. Work Tasks: in the process of doing the criterion analysis, it has been discovered that exist some terms, which may become an obstacle in using the information about facts as an evidence definition. These terms are: blackmail, enforcement, threat, deception, violence and lie.
