The legal explanation to a disputable term ‘an evidence’ in the limits of an evidence theory was given by The Criminal Proceeding Law of 21, approved on October 2005. Work Tasks: in the process of doing the criterion analysis, it has been discovered that exist some terms, which may become an obstacle in using the information about facts as an evidence definition. These terms are: blackmail, enforcement, threat, deception, violence and lie.
