Tiesības uz taisnīgu vērtējumu studiju procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts tiesībām uz taisnīgu vērtējumu. Pētījums ir pirmais mēģinājums Latvijā juridiski analizēt ar izglītības procesu saistītas tiesību avotus. Līdz ar to Bakalaura darbs kļūst par atskaites punktu turpmākai zinātniskai darbībai. Pētījuma rezultātā autore secina, ka Latvijas tiesību sistēma kopumā nodrošina studējošam tiesības uz taisnīgu vērtējumu. Tomēr pastāv arī daži trūkumi. Tāpēc Bakalaura darbā tiek izvirzītas tēzes aizstāvēšanai, ka: •Augstskolu mācībspēkiem nepastāv juridiski normatīvi fiksēti kritēriji samazināt vērtējumu, ja studējošais studiju pārbaudījumu ir nokārtojis pēc noteiktā termina, ja mācībspēks ir piekritis studējošā pārbaudījumu vērtēt. Tāpēc ir nepieciešams papildināt normatīvus tiesību aktus, ka noteiktu, ka katru atkārtoto pārbaudījumu reizi, novērtējumu samazina par vienu atzīmi. •Bez tam, studējošo ievērojamais skaits ir šķērslis attīstošai vērtēšanai. Proti, tādēļ studiju procesā nevar panākt atgriezenisko saikni starp augstskolu mācībspēkiem un studējošiem.

Bachelor theasis is about rights on fair estimate. This research is the first attempt in Latvia to analyze the sources of law that are connected with education process. Hence, this bachelor theasis is the basis for the following scientific research. In accordance with the results of the research author has came to the conclusion that Latvian system of law in general provides students rights on fair estimate. However it is not completely perfect. Therefore, author puts forward the following thesis for defence: •There is no legally fixed criteria in the University of Latvia to reduce the assessment if the student has passed the examination after the term, in case when the training staff has agreed to assess the student's examination. So it necessary to develop the existing law by adding the rule that every test, would cause the reduction of the final score (estimate). •Moreover, the large number of students in the audience is a barrier to formative assessment. Specifically, because of this it is difficult to reach the feed-back during the study process between University training staffs and students.
