Personas privātās dzīves ierobežošana.

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt privātās dzīves aizsardzības tiesisko regulējumu, noskaidrot vispāratzītos tiesību aktus kuri garantē personas tiesības uz privāto dzīvi, izvērtēt konstatēto personas tiesību uz privāto dzīvi ierobežojumu un pārkāpumu iemeslu, pamatotību un to samērīgumu, kā arī piedāvāt risinājumus, kas palīdzētu novērst šos pārkāpumus vai padarītu ierobežojumu nepieciešamību tiesiski noteiktāku. Tāpat tiks apskatītas privātās dzīves jēdziena attīstības tendences mūsdienās.

The title of my Bachelor Paper is Reduction of person’s private life. The concept Private life is part of human rights and if we not respect person’s right to private life we cannot say that we respect human rights. Because of that concept of private life is closely linked with human rights. The issues relating to private life is actual now because of attempts to narrow understanding or simply limit the concept of private life. It happens because of security threats, economic interests, technical progress and also because of gaps in the law. Restriction of private life is a threat to the public interests and any effort to do so must be carefully evaluated.
