Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba tēma ir – „Izvarošana”
Dzimumnoziegumi it īpaši izvarošana kvalificējas, kā vieni no bīstamākajiem
noziedzīgajiem nodarījumiem tiesu praksē, sevišķi, ja tas tiek vērsts pret nepilngadīgām vai
mazgadīgām personu. Šīs tēmas aktualitāte ir būtiska, jo, kā liecina prakse, tad šādi noziedzīgi
nodarījumi tiek izdarīti visu laiku. Cietušie izvarošanā visbiežāk ir tieši nepilngadīgie un
mazgadīgie kā arī sievietes un vīrieši, lai gan par vīriešu izvarošanu tiek runāts visai maz, jo par
šāda veida izvarošanu var runāt tikai pateicoties jaunajai likuma redakcijai, kur ar izvarošanas
objektu vairs netiek noteikta tikai sieviešu dzimuma pārstāve.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no divām nodaļām un katras nodaļas četrām apakšnodaļām, kur
tiek veikta analīze pēc Krimināllikuma 159.panta. Vienlaikus tiek analizēti tādi
dzimumnoziegumi, kas paredzēti ārvalstu kriminālkodeksos.
Bakalaura darba mērķa sasniegšanā izmantotas vēsturiskā un salīdzinošā metode, un tiek
apskatītas būtiskākās problēmas, piemēram, izvarošana personu grupā, vai to atkārtota izdarīšana;
izvarošana bez vardarbības pazīmēm u.c.
Bakalaura darba izstrādes laikā tika secināts, ka Krimināllikuma jaunā redakcija par
izvarošanas objektu vairs neuzskata tikai sieviešu dzimuma pārstāvi, šobrīd tiek runāts par
izvarošanas objektu vispārīgā formā. Jaunā redakcija nenorāda arī uz izvarošanas subjektu kā
speciālo subjektu. Šobrīd par izvarošanas subjektu var būt abu dzimumu persona. The topic of the bachelor is – “Raping”

Thesis consists of two chapters and each chapter four sections, where there is an analysis
of 159 of the Criminal Code. At the same time are analyzed in such sexual, for foreign penal
code.
Bachelor achieve the goal based on historical and comparative method, and examines key issues
such as rape, a group of persons, or their re-occurrence; rape without violence, signs, etc.
Bachelor thesis development, it was concluded that the Criminal Law, the new version of
the rape item is no longer considered just a female agent, now there is talk of rape, general form
of an object. The new version also does not indicate the subject of rape as a special subject.
Currently on the subject of rape can be a person of either sex.
