Bakalaura darba temats ir “Ar brīvības atņemšanu notiesāto personu nodarbinātība kā resocializācijas līdzeklis”.
Tēma ir ļoti aktuāla, jo, ieviešot efektīvu resocializācijas sistēmu (tai skaitā nodarbinātību kā resocializācijas līdzekli) iespējams atrisināt tādas problēmas kā cietumu pārapdzīvotība, augsts recidīva līmenis, apdraudēta sabiedrības drošība, ieslodzīto un no ieslodzījuma atbrīvoto personu anti-sociāla domāšana un darbības.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir uzzināt, kāda ir nodarbinātības kā resocializācijas līdzekļa nozīme resocializācijas procesā. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi ir :
1) noskaidrot, kas ir resocializācija un kāda ir tās nozīme sodu izpildes procesā;
2) noskaidrot, kā tiek īstenots resocializācijas process Latvijā un ārvalstīs;
3) noskaidrot, kāda ir nodarbinātības kā resocializācijas līdzekļa nozīme resocializācijas procesā;
4) noskaidrot, kā tiek veikta notiesāto nodarbinātība Latvijā un ārvalstīs;
5) noskaidrot, kādas ir nodarbinātības kā resocializācijas līdzekļa problēmas resocializācijas procesā, kā arī apjaust šo problēmu iespējamos risinājumus.
Bakalaura darbā tika izmantotas šādas zinātniski pētnieciskās metodes: pētījumu analīze par bakalaura tēmu un ar to saistītam tēmām, dokumentu un normatīvo aktu analīze, aptaujas veikšana, intervēšana, literatūras analīze, datu salīdzināšanas metode, statistikas izpēte.
Bakalaura darbā izmantota zinātniskā literatūra, Latvijas un citu valstu normatīvie akti, pētījumi un projekti, prakse, Latvijas un ārvalstu statistikas dati un interneta avoti. Izmantota literatūra latviešu, angļu, krievu, vācu, dāņu un zviedru valodās.
Saskaņā ar pētījumiem, nodarbinātība tiek uzskatīta par vienu no svarīgākajiem resocializācijas līdzekļiem, tādēļ jāpieliek lielas pūles nodarbinātības attīstībā, lai padarītu to pieejamu visiem ieslodzītajiem darbaspējas vecumā, kā arī lai uzlabotu tās kvalitāti. Šis darbs pierāda tās nozīmīgo lomu un atklāj dažādus veidus, kā padarīt to efektīvāku. The topic of the bachelor’s work is „Employment as a mean of resocialization of people sentenced to imprisonment”. The topic is very topical because very pressing problems such as prison overcrowding, high level of recidivism, endangered public safety, anti-social thinking and acting of imprisoned and released people etc., can be solved by implementing an effective system of resocialization (including employment as a mean of resocialization).
The aim of the bachelor’s work is to find out what is the role of employment in resocialization process like. The objectives of the work are the following:
1) to examine the resocialization and to find out its role in penal proceedings;
2) to clarify the implementation of the resocialization process in Latvia and foreign countries;
3) to identify the role of employment as a mean of resocialization in the socialization process;
4) to examine how the employment of convicts is put into practice in Latvia and foreign countries;
5) to find out what are the problems of employment as a mean of resocialization in resocialization process as well as to realize possible solutions.
In the bachelor’s work there are used the following scientific research methods: an analysis of research topic and associated topics, analysis of documents and legislative, opinion survey, interviews, analysis of literature, data comparison method and statistical research. This work is based on scientific literature, Latvian and foreign laws and regulations, studies and projects, practices, Latvian and foreign statistical data, and Internet sources in Latvian, English, Russian, German, Danish and Swedish languages.
According to the researches, employment is considered to be as one of the most important means of resocialization, therefore employment is the one to be made effort to in order to make is accessible to all working age prisoners as well as to improve its quality. This work proves its important role and finds out different ways how to make it more effective.
