| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā „Noziedznieka personība, tās kriminoloģiskais raksturojums un resocializācija” tiek aplūkota noziedznieka personība no dažādiem aspektiem – viņa sociāldemogrāfiskās īpašības, sociālās lomas, tiesiskās un fizioloģiskās īpašības, kā arī citas īpatnības.
Kā interesants aspekts uzskatāms fenotipoloģiskais pētījums. Atsevišķa nodaļa veltīta noziedznieka personības veidošanās mehānismam. Darbā aplūkota arī noziedznieka resocializācijas problēma, pēc izciestā soda reintegrējoties sabiedrībā. | en_US |
