Izmeklēšanas darbību īpatnības pirmstiesas kriminālprocesā

Abstract

Autores izvēlētais bakalaura darba temats ir „Izmeklēšanas darbību īpatnības pirmstiesas kriminālprocesā. Pēc autores domām, šis pētījums ir aktuāls ar to, ka izmeklēšanas darbības ir galvenais līdzeklis kriminālprocesam svarīgu ziņu iegūšanai un patiesības noskaidrošanai, līdz ar to var secināt, ka izmeklēšanas darbības ir tieši saistītas ar kriminālprocesuālā mērķa sasniegšanu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām, no kurām pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīts izmeklēšanas darbību jēdziens un būtība, otrajā – tiek aplūkoti izmeklēšanas darbību veikšanai izvirzītie priekšnoteikumi, trešā nodaļa satur īsu izmeklēšanas darbību veidu apskatu, ceturtajā nodaļā tiek runāts par sūdzībām par izmeklēšanas darbībām un piektajā nodaļā tiek apskatītas konkrētu izmeklēšanas darbību īpatnības noziedzīgos nodarījumos pret vispārējo drošību un sabiedrisko kārtību. Darbs kopumā sastāv no 43 lapaspusēm. Apkopojot darba rezultātus, autore ir izvirzījusi deviņus secinājumus

The topic of this Bachelor Thesis chosen by its author is ‘The Specific Features of Investigative Activities in the Pre-trial Criminal Proceedings’. According to the author, this research is topical as the investigative activities are the main tools for gaining important information for the criminal procedure and finding out the truth, wherewith it can be concluded that investigative activities are directly connected with accomplishing the criminal procedural aim. This Bachelor Thesis consists of five chapters, in the first of which the concept and essence of the investigative activities are considered, the second – the preconditions brought forward for carrying out the investigative activities are examined, the third chapter contains a concise review of the types of the investigative activities, in the fourth chapter the complaints about the investigative actions are discussed and in the fifth chapter particular specific features of the investigative actions in the criminal offences against the general security and the public policy are scrutinized. The Thesis in overall consists of 43 pages. After summarising the results of the research, the author of this Thesis has drawn nine conclusions.
