Obligātās veselības pārbaudes darba tiesiskajās attiecībās

Abstract

Latvijas normatīvajos aktos paredzētas divu veidu obligātās veselības pārbaudes, kas jāveic nodarbinātajiem. Darba devēji un nodarbinātie nav pietiekami informēti par veselības pārbaudes veikšanas nepieciešamību, savām tiesībām un pienākumiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt obligātās veselības pārbaudes. Darba mērķa sasniegšana tika izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: obligātās veselības pārbaudes regulējošo normatīvo aktu, kontrolējošo institūciju ieteikumu, pieejamās literatūras, tiesu prakses izpēte un analīze, nodarbināto personu aptauja. Obligātās veselības pārbaudes ir nozīmīgs līdzeklis sabiedrības, tai skaitā nodarbināto, veselības aizsardzībai. Būtiski ir informēt sabiedrību par veselības pārbaudes nepieciešamību, kontrolējošajām institūcijām izplatīt skaidrojošos materiālus, samazināt veselības pārbaudes izmaksas, uzlabot veselības pārbaudes veikšanas kārtību un kvalitāti.

Latvian laws determine two kinds of mandatory health examinations that shall be performed by employees. Employers and employees are not enough informed about mandatory health examinations, their rights and obligations. The aim of the Paper is to explore the mandatory health examinations. The goals of the Paper were raised following task: explore and analysis laws and regulations about mandatory healtx examinations, analysis of case law, publications, recommendations by supervisory body, inquiries of employees. Mandatory health examination are an important feature of society, including employment, health protection. It is important to inform the society about health examination, supervisor body distribute explanatory materials, reduce expenditures, to improve the procedure and quality for the performance of the mandatory health examination.
