Darba prakses tiesiskais regulējums Latvijā

Abstract

Pēdējo gadu laikā, kad Latvijā ir pieaugusi tieši jauno cilvēku loma valsts attīstībā, ir strauji aktualizējusies problēma, kas saistīta ar jauniešu „ieiešanu” darba tirgū, it īpaši apstākļos, kad valstī valda augsts bezdarba līmenis. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir padziļināti izpētīt darba prakses tiesisko regulējumu Latvijā un aplūkot ar to saistītās problēmas. Īstenojot mērķi, tiek apskatīta darba prakse vispārīgi, kā arī tās sīkāks iedalījums pa prakses realizēšanas veidiem. Pamatojoties uz šo izpēti, autors darbā izsaka secinājumus un priekšlikumus, kā uzlabot pašreizējo situāciju. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 6 nodaļām, kurās apskatīta darba prakse vispārīgi, darba prakses realizēšanas sīkāks iedalījums, šķēršļi prakses realizēšanai un brīvprātīgā darba tiesu prakse.

In a few recent years young people form an essential role to play in the development of Latvia, and more urgent problem is becoming how those young people can enter the labor market specially when there is a high unemployment. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to research labour practise regulation in Latvia and to look at problems which arise in theory and practice. Based on this research, the author expresses conclusions and proposals how to improve current situation. Athor review detailed labour practise divadion and their types. Bachelor thesis consists of six chapters that deals with labour practise in general, more detailed review for each way of making labour practise, their obstacles and volunteering case law.
