Autortiesību rašanās un attīstība Latvijā 20. gadsimtā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir apkopota autortiesību attīstības vēsture Latvijā 20. gadsimtā, un veikta tā laika būtiskāko normatīvo aktu tiesiskā analīze, autortiesību evolucionēšanas kontekstā. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām, kas sadalītas gan pēc jautājumu tematikas, gan laika etapiem. Autortiesību evolūcijas izpratne, pētot to avotus, palīdzēja saprast kādu ceļu ir veikusi šī nozare, lai aizsargātu mūsu tiesības. Īpaša uzmanība tika veltīta pirmajai nacionālai likumdošanai autortiesību jomā jaundibinātās Latvijas Republikas laikā. Darbā rezultātā tika izpētīts kā radušās un attīstījušas autortiesības Latvijā 20. gadsimtā, no paša gadsimta sākuma un neatkarības iegūšanas, līdz mūsdienu autortiesību regulējumam. Ar to domājot laika posmus no 1900. gada līdz 1940. gada okupācijai, un no 1945. gada līdz mūsdienām, palaižot garām samērā īso Vācijas okupācijas un divus īsus padomju posmus.

In work of the bachelor the history of development of copyrights in Latvia in 20 century is generalised, and the legal analysis of important normative acts of that time is made, in a context of evolution of copyrights. Work consists of the three parts with sections which are divided on the subjects of questions and on the time stages. Understanding of the evolution of copyrights, exploring their beginning, helped to understand what road this industry executed, to protect our rights. The special attention was spared the first national legislation in area of copyrights since the foundation of the Latvian republic. In the result of work the occurrence and development of copyrights in Latvia in 20 century are explored, from the beginning of the century and independence reception, to regulation of copyrights in nowadays. These are the stages of time from the 1900 to 1940 years of occupation, and from the 1945 till our time, not taking into account short German occupation and two short stages of the time of the Soviet occupation.
