Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noteikt laulības šķiršanas lietu, kurās nav strīda nodošanu zvērinātam notāram pamatojumu, noteikt regulējuma nepilnības un ar to saistītās problēmas un rast pilnveidošanas iespējas.
Īstenojot mērķi tiek aprakstīti laulības šķiršanas lietu, kurās nav strīda nodošanas zvērinātiem notāriem cēloņi, salīdzinot to ar iespējamo šo lietu vešanu dzimtsrakstu nodaļās, kā arī noteikta zvērinātu notāru vieta konstitucionālajā sistēmā, pamatojot zvērinātu notāru piederību pie tiesu varas. Tiek analizēts regulējums Notariāta likumā, kas tieši attiecas uz laulības šķiršanu.
Autore norāda uz pārlieku lielu izpildvaras iejaukšanos zvērinātu notāru darbībā, nosakot izņemt Tieslietu ministra kompetenci attiecībā uz zvērinātiem notāriem, piesaistīt lietās, kur iesaistīti bērni bāriņtiesu, kā arī rosina grozīt vairākus pantus Notariāta likumā, kas attiecas uz laulības šķiršanas procedūru, lai pilnveidotu regulējumu.

Realizing the aim, there are described causes why divorce cases, where is no disputes are hand over to sworn notary, compared with the likelihood of their handling of cases in civil registry office, as well as certain sworn notary place in the constitutional system and confirmation, that they belong to courts. Analyzed the regulation of the Notary law.
The author points to the excessive executive interference in sworn notary work and determine to withdraw the competence of the Minister of Justice for sworn notary, to raise custody courts in cases, where is children involved, as well as a number of proposes to amend the articles of the Notary law, relating to the divorce procedure.
