Ir svarīgi izvērtēt abu šo darba tiesisko attiecību nodibināšanu, un to atbilstību pastāvošajam regulējumam. It is important to evaluate the establishment for both of these legal labour relations and their compliance with the existing legislation. The author of the Bachelor’s thesis draws attention to the establishment phases of individual and collective legal labour relations, taking into account the prohibition of differential treatment as well as the individual rights and obligations in each of them. The nature of job advertisements, the legal order of job interviews and the drawing up of employment contracts and their conclusion, the content of the employment contract and its outline. Similarly the legal collective labour relations are described in the Bachelor’s thesis as well as the drawing up of the collective agreement, its conclusion, content and outline.
