The same problem is connected with pedestrians and bicyclers. Nowadays a vehicle is not rare thing to have but essential part of our lives. This means that the vehicle is used by all the parts of our society. The importance of the roads and its quality is obvious because they provide traffic. People who do not have any infrastructure and organized traffic usually start to search a new place to live because roads provide services and attract investors.
