Adopcijas process un problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Darba nosaukums ir: „Adopcijas process un problēmas Latvijā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir apskatīt adopcijas procesu Latvijā un aplūkot ar to saistītās problēmas, izdarīt secinājumus un ieteikt priekšlikumus, kā uzlabot tiesību normas, pamatojoties uz pētījumu un tiesību normām, kā arī praksi. Darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā aprakstīts adopcijas jēdziens un tiesiskais regulējums. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstīti adopcijas vispārējie noteikumi. Trešajā nodaļā aprakstīta adopcijas kārtība. Ceturtajā nodaļā aplūkotas ar adopcijas procesu saistītās problēmas. Piektajā nodaļā aprakstītas tiesiskās sekas pēc adopcijas procesa apstiprināšanas. Darbā tiek apskatītas ar adopcijas procesu saistītās problēmas, kā arī ar to saistītie normatīvie akti. Izklāstītas nepilnības adopcijas procesā, kā arī ierosināti priekšlikumi to risināšanai. Autore darbam pievienojusi prakses materiālus, kas iegūti Babītes pagasta bāriņtiesā. Pēdējā nodaļa ir kopsavilkums, kurā izklāstīti priekšlikumi, kā arī pielikumi, kas pievienoti darba beigās.

The title of the work is: "Adoption process and problems in Latvia". The aim of the Thesis is to display the difficulties related to adoption process, as well as to make conclusions and propose suggestions for the improvement of legal regulations, based on the study of legal regulations of adoption process and practice. The work consists of 5 chapters. The first chapter describes the notion of adoption, its legal regulations and legislation development. The second chapter outlines the general adoption rules. The third chapter outlines the adoption procedure. The forth chapter outlines the difficulties related to adoption procedure. The fifth chapter examines the legal consequences after the adoption has been approved. The work particularly examines the adoption process in Latvia and problems related to it, as well as the legal regulations of the procedure. The work sets out the shortcomings in adoption process, and proposes suggestions for their resolution. The author has researched and compared the adoption practices, based on the data obtained at the Babite custody court. The final part of the work comprises the conclusions and suggestions, as well as the appendix.
