Vaidu tiesību īpatnības Latvijas teritorijā viduslaikos līdz jauno laiku sākumam

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Vaidu tiesību īpatnības Latvijas teritorijā viduslaikos līdz jauno laiku sākumam”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kas ir vaidu tiesības un kādas ir tās īpatnības viduslaikos. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tiek izvirzīti tādi uzdevumi kā noskaidrot, kas ir vaidu tiesības, apskatīt, kāda politiskā sistēma pastāvēja Latvijas teritorijā līdz 13.gadsimtam, uzzināt, kāda politiskā sistēma pastāvēja Latvijas teritorijā Livonijas laikā, gūt vispārīgu priekšstatu par to, kā vaidu tiesības izpaudās Eiropā, izpētīt, kā vaidu tiesības izpaudās Latvijas teritorijā, kā arī noskaidrot, kā valsts vara mēģina ierobežot vaidu tiesību attīstību. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa tiek veltīta vaidu tiesību jēdzienam, otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta Latvijas politiskā sistēma viduslaikos, bet trešā nodaļa tiek veltīta vaidu tiesību īpatnībām Eiropā un Latvijas teritorijā.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is ‘The peculiarities of the Blood feud’s rights in the territory of Latvia during the middle ages’. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to find out what does it mean ‘the blood feud’ and to find out the blood feud’s peculiarity during the middle ages. To achieve it the author broaches the tasks: to find out, what is the blood feud, to consider the political system in territory of Latvia prior 13th century and the political system in the territory of Latvia during the middle ages and to get a taste of the blood feud’s peculiarity in Europe and the blood feud’s peculiarity in the territory of Latvia. Research project consists of three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the notion of vendetta, the second chapter deals with Latvian political system during the middle ages, but the third chapter is devoted to the nature of vendetta in Europe and in the territory of Latvia.
