| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba tēma ir noziedzīgie nodarījumi kreditēšanas jomā. Darbā tika analizēti divi panti - Krimināllikuma 210.pants - aizdevuma negodprātīga saņemšana un izmantošana, un Krimināllikuma 216. pants - ieķīlātas lietas prettiesisks atsavinājums.
Darba mērķis ir teorētisku un prakstisku problēmu pētīšana aizdevumu attiecībās, prakses analīze. Darbā tika piedāvāti varinati Krimināllikuma normu vai prakses uzlabošanai.
Darba teorētisko bāzi veido Krimināllikums, Kriminālprocesa likums, Civillikums, Kredītiestāžu likums un citi normatīvie akti. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Subject of the master thesis is Offences in Lending. Two Sections of Criminal Law have been analised: Section 210 - Fraudulent Obtaining and Use of Credit and Other Loans, and Section 216 - Unlawful Disposition of Pledged Property. The main objective of the thesis is to identify theoretical and practical problems in lending and to analise the case law. The author has offered some improvements to be made in criminal legislation and practice. The theoretical framework of this thesis includes Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Law, Civil Law, Credit Institutions Law and other legislative enactments | en_US |
